How to contact
me and place an order?
- You can contact me
through the Contact form or send me a direct email to lindasgraphicdesign(at)gmail.com.
- When you place an
order, I'll confirm it within 24 hours after you paid for it. You can
see the Odering Process in Home page.
What are
payment options?
Currently I accept Paypal as mean of payment.
What
format are the graphics in?
- All animated banners
will be in .gif format.
- For everything else
it will be provided in either .jpg, .gif or .png depending in which
file will work best for your website.
How do you
deliver the finished design?
- I will deliver .zip or .rar file to your email for the splash pages, and banners.
- For the template, I would help you to do the installation for your site, and you will be responsible for keeping the backup of the graphics. You can find all of the template's graphics inside your cPanel.
- Please note that we do not provide the source files (PSD files) for any graphics.
What is the turnaround
time for each
project?
Normally a project mockup will be provided in 4-5 working days.
However, during moderate and heavy workload, it can sometimes take up
to 1 week or so but I'll try my best..
Do you use a
Watermark or Brand on your work?
Yes, I put a small link or text in the footer that reads "Design by
LindasGraphicDesign.com".
It can not be removed from the footer.
What if I'm
dissatisfied with the design?
You will get free revisions only on the draft designs. No revision will be provided once the design is confirmed. Promotional materials like banners and splashpage wordings shall be provided as final.
Can I edit
your graphics after I receive it?
Yes, you are completely free to edit your graphics anyway you like,
just as long as you don't remove the footer giving credit to my site.
How do we stay
in touch during the design process?
I prefer to communicate via email.
